When you send an enquiry we collect the details you give us: your name, phone number, email address, the postcode of the property and what you tell us about the cleaning you need. If you telephone or email us we keep the details you give us in the same way.
The enquiry form also records which page you arrived on and where you came from, so we can see which pages produce enquiries. It does not record anything that identifies you beyond what you type.
What we do with it
We use your details to reply to you, to quote for the work, and to arrange it if you go ahead. Your enquiry is stored in the website's database and an alert is emailed to the business mailbox. We do not sell your details and we do not add you to a marketing list.

We process your details at your request, to take the steps you have asked for before any agreement to clean, and for our legitimate interest in running the business and keeping a record of enquiries.
How long we keep it
We keep an enquiry for as long as we need it to deal with it and any work that follows, and then delete it. Ask us to delete it sooner and we will.
Who else sees it
The website is hosted on a server in the United Kingdom and email is sent through the business's email provider. Both handle your details on our behalf only to deliver the site and the message.
Your rights
